One of the most knowledgeable and forthright Conservatives of today’s ever-changing political atmosphere, is author, radio host, TV guest, speaker and political columnist Daniel Perkins.  Known for his “pulled-from-the-headlines” trilogy, The Brotherhood of the Red Nile, Dan has researched the background on each of his books. The premise for the story plays out in our daily news; from the radical Islamists to the missing uranium to the making of dirty bombs, readers begin to wonder what is real and what is fiction.

While writing is one of his passions, his love of country and of our veterans strikes another cord of his being. Founder of Stories and Songs for Soldiers, Dan and his wife have started a 501C organization which provides songs and stories for soldiers who are recovering from the ravages of war; either wounded in body or spirit, they are provided with an MP3 player which allows them to connect to hundreds of thousands of books, music, old time radio and more on one single device. In addition, he provides them with eight hours of sleep music for those suffering from PTSD.

As a speaker, Dan shoots from the hip, always ready to debate the fate of our country. As a constitutionalist and self-proclaimed historian, he can provide any audience with enough information to make them walk away wondering how he can house so much knowledge in one brain!

Dan speaks to groups of all ages and sizes, inspiring them to not only be aware of what is happening to our country, but also to do something about it. He motivates even the most lackadaisical citizen to get off his chair and stand up for our country.

If you are looking for a dynamic storyteller, magical motivator and polished historian, Dan Perkins will provide the right mix of political knowledge and entertainment for any crowd.

4.0 out of 5 stars Scary!

Frightening because it could happen. It was as if it was really happening. The only reason for 4 stars was because there were a lot of typos and frequently no paragraph breaks as different characters were speaking so had to really watch for quotation marks to determine the speaker changes.

You won’t be disappointed!
Not being much of a reader, I was given the book and asked to relate what I thought of it. Wow! I couldn’t put it down. The story gets you wrapped up from the get-go. I finished the book and ran out and got #2, America Rebuilds. Couldn’t put it down either. When #3 hits the shelves, I’ll be there ready to grab my copy. You owe it to yourself read this series of books. You won’t be disappointed!
